Sony to Unveil New Camera and Gear
Sony is set to announce the long awaited A7S III. The announcement is to come between mid-june and late August, 2020. The Sony A7S series is a fantastic video camera most notable for its low light capturing ability. The A7SII uses just a twelve megapixel sensor which demonstrates great light processing ability compared to other digital mirrorless cameras. The A7S series are full frame camera models in which each pixel on the sensor is quite large (which in turn yields better utilization of available light).
The A7S III will come upon the heels of Sony's new ZV-1 Vlogging Camera and a brand new 12-24mm f/2.8GM G Master lens.

Probability / Likelihood - 88%'Infidels' Recording
The Infidels out of Youngstown, Ohio have been assembling at Ampreon Recorder for recording sessions. The sessions have taken place on and off over the last several months. The group formed in 1982 and have been sporadically in and out of the rock and roll scene in Northeast Ohio and abroad ever since. There is no official word as to precisely what the project is but it is confirmed that there are at least a hand full of studio tracks being worked out and recorded.

Infidels New Studio Album Probability / Likelihood - 50%Apple's WWDC is Online and Free - New Devices
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic Apple's Annual WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference) will be an online only affair this year. The good news is it that this year it will be free (yes free, and without catch) to all virtual-comers. Besides software for Apple devices there is said to be a few special hardware announcements this year. The new software to be unveiled will be MacOS 16, iOS 14, iPadOS 14, and Watch OS7. The biggest hardware announcement is murmured to be a brand new iMac set to arrive at some point in the second half of 2020.
The keynote event will take place on Monday, June 22 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The ceremony will be available to stream on Apple.com, using the Apple Developer app, the Apple Developer website, and YouTube. The entire event runs through June 26, 2020.

Josephson has released and just began shipping a more affordable microphone in their large diaphragm condenser 700 series. Implementing only a cardioid pattern, the new 705 capsule uses a single diaphragm and acoustic porting which is said to be better at low frequency pick-up, smoother highs and less vocal sibilance. The design hosts cascode FET which controls impedance and the case has special ferritic-nitrocarburized steel incorporated. The microphone is internally shock mounted with it's XLR outputs built directly into the microphone versus an extended cable out. It's frequency response is 20-20000 hz with a maximum SPL of 130 DB.
